- 78% of the line haul for flatbeds
- 100% fuel surcharge
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS $175 weekly advance
YEARLY RAISES
Additional percentage annually with safety and performance evaluation.
BONUSES
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
$500 at 6 months + $1,000 at 1 year + $1,500 at 2 years + $2,000 3 years - Clean Inspections
$250 – Level I, $75 – Level II, $50 – Level III - Driver Referral Bonus
$2,500 = $100 at 1st dispatch + $200 at 30 days + $200 at 60 days + $1,000 at 1 year + $1,000 at 2 years.

- 2 years minimum experience, with 1 year verifiable open deck experience
- CDL Class A
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- Maximum of 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
